John J. Simsa

John J. Simsa, 89, of Hiram (formerly of Middlefield), OH, passed away peacefully Saturday evening, March 16th, 2024. He was born in Cleveland, OH on January 24th, 1935 to the late Frank and Mary (Senold) Simsa. John is once again reunited with his loving wife of 62 years, Grace (Meilander) Simsa, who died December 23rd, 2022.

He will be greatly missed by: his daughter, Susan (Richard) Lipstreu; grandchildren, Daniel (Kathleen) Lisptreu and Loryn Lipstreu; great-grandchildren, Cole, Hugh, Paige, and Grace Lynn Lipstreu; brother, Rob; sister, Maryan; and many more family and friends.

John is preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Grace.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 11:00 A.M., THURSDAY, MARCH 21ST, 2024, AT BEST FUNERAL HOME, 15809 MADISON RD., MIDDLEFIELD, OH with Joyce Benesh officiating. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 20th, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
